Why did you join IT Cosmetics™?
I had been friends with Jamie for quite some time. One day she came to me and said she was going to start a beauty company, and asked if I would I be interested in working for her. She explained that her vision was to do things very differently: We would work with plastic surgeons and dermatologists, and create makeup that not only solved women’s real beauty problems, but also addressed their skincare needs. Now here are we are, living that vision! What I love most about this journey, besides working next to an amazing woman who inspires me every day, is hearing from all of you, our IT Girls!

CC+™ Cream Illumination with SPF 50+. Being a busy mom, this beauty multitasker is my everything! As I approach my mid-40s, I love that it gives my skin flawless radiance while also fighting the aging process with clinically tested skincare and SPF 50+ physical sunscreen.
What’s your biggest beauty concern,

use to solve it?
Dry, aging skin is my biggest beauty concern! At night, I cleanse with Confidence In a Cleanser, which gives my skin a clean slate without drying it out. Next, I apply Confidence in a Cream™ to deeply hydrate and nourish, and fight the signs of aging while I sleep. When I awake, my skin feels soft, supple and quenched!
What’s your favorite facial feature?
My eyes! The simplest, most effective way to bring out your eyes is with a fantastic brow product and mascara. I love Brow Power Perfector™ because it keeps my unruly brows in place and fills them in with beautiful color. Plus, it’s clinically tested to be waterproof so no matter what life throws at me (or my 6 year old) they always stay put! It’s true what they say: A smile is the best makeup any girl can wear! I have also learned that no matter what, your true beauty shines when you speak from the authentic passion that is in your heart!
