IT Cosmetics™ currently ships within the United States, U.S. Territories and to Army, Fleet and Diplomatic Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We apologize, but IT Cosmetics™ is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.

Standard Ground Service

• Ground Shipping is $5.95 or FREE for orders over $25 (pre-tax) within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories are excluded from free shipping.
• Orders placed on Monday through Friday with standard ground service will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 2 pm (EST).
• Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day
• Most ground orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the order ship date.
• Ground orders to Army, Fleet and Diplomatic Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses and U.S. Territories are delivered within 7-14 business days of the order ship date.
• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories may potentially take longer.
• Ground orders will ship via USPS unless over 1LB. All orders over 1LB will go UPS

Expedited Service

• 2^nd Day ($17.95) and Next Day ($29.95) orders placed on Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 5:00 PM (EST) 4:00PM (CST).
• Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• 2^nd Day orders are delivered within 2 business days from the order ship date.
• Next Day orders are delivered within 1 business day from the order ship date.
• Expedited service is not available on orders made to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and Army, Fleet and Diplomatic Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
• Please note: Signature may be required upon delivery for expedited shipments

Some products sold at itcosmetics.com may require special handling or limited to specific shipping options as specified by federal, state and local regulations. Under some circumstances, shipping various products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Army, Fleet and Diplomatic Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) address, but some restrictions may apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and cannot be shipped via 2^nd Day or Next Day service.

Most items may be shipped to the U.S. Territories, Alaska and Hawaii, but some restrictions may apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.

Your ultimate satisfaction with IT Cosmetics™ is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at itcosmetics.com upon receiving it within 30 days of the purchase date—no questions asked. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return. The estimated refund time is 2 Business Days from the receipt of your return in our warehouse.

To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
